Advising clients with regard to our views prior to their acquisition of a long leasehold interest.

Our clients having subsequently acquired the interest we were instructed to formulate and co-ordinate an intensive marketing campaign and subsequently negotiating a letting to the British Transport Police within a short time of being appointed.

A prestigious mixed use building of approximately 46,000 sq ft including approximately 14,000 sq ft of offices.

To give client recommendations with regard to acquisition of a long leasehold interest with vacant possession. Co-ordinating the marketing campaign and negotiating lettings of the vacant commercial space.
