Project:

The letting of two vacant office buidlings of 27,600 sq ft and 21,000 sq ft with void rental income of £700,000. Working with Clerical Medical’s portfolio managers, Insight Investment, sbh Page & Read advised on the refurbishment of both buildings and acted as joint agents in co-ordinating the marketing campaign and undertaking negotiations. 

The accommodation was let in suites from 6,000 sq ft to ESAB Group Limited, Sectorguard Limited, Telford Homes, BMC UK Limited and MPG Limited. The accommodation was let within weeks of completion of the refurbishment works.
