Advice on the refurbishment and marketing of 44,140 sq ft vacant industrial /warehouse accommodation on behalf of Hastingwood Estates Limited. sbh Page & Read provided advice in respect of quoting terms and co-ordinating the marketing campaign.

This lead to the sale of 50% of the accommodation to M Laurier Limited who are relocating from the Olympic Zone in Stratford and subsequent sales to Beauty Hair Products and City and West Limited. One unit of 5,280 sq ft remains available.
