Letting of vacant warehouse/industrial accommodation on behalf of Derwent Valley, comprising a single storey unit of approximately 18,150 sq ft on a site of 0.7 of an acre. sbh Page & Read formulated and co-ordinated an intensive marketing campaign and negotiated a short term letting pending potential redevelopment of the site, to PJ Johnson (Timber) Ltd within a short period of being appointed.
