Business Rate Appeals

Occupiers and owners of business premises are entitled to appeal against the Rateable Value assessment for their premises. It is only the District Valuer's opinion of the rental value of your premises at 1 April 2003. You can appeal against the Rateable Value assessment to reduce your annual rates bill.
