The reviewed rent should be based on:
- The Building’s location, age and design
- Accurate floor areas/correct basis of measurement
- The terms and conditions in the Lease
- Rental comparison with similar premises

If negotiations are unsuccessful we have the experience to take the matter to a third party and can make the necessary representations to the RICS-appointed experts and arbitrators.
