Nick is Managing Director and joint owner of sbh Page & Read. He brings over 20 years experience in commercial property and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. His proficiency has been called upon by Local Authorities, Developers and Landlords to provide expert services ranging from witnessing planning inquiries to rent review advice.
Downtime for Nick is spent with the family and his 6 children, either on the school touchline or the occasional bike ride or park run.

Ben is a fan of sports and regularly goes to watch his beloved Tottenham Hotspur whenever he can. A keen musician and fan of music, he attends concerts and festivals regularly.
Ben is currently in the process of completing his associate track in order to become a member of the RICS.
Fresh from a degree in business management from Birmingham, Ben joined developers Byron and Byron. There he began letting offices and light industrial studios in north and east London. Ben deals with commercial lettings and sales, and competed his first million pound deal in January 2018. He has worked with many private investors, pension funds and financial institutions in his 4 years at the firm.

Derya enjoys meditation which she does on a regular basis to help her deal with the daily challenges of raising twin teenage daughters.
Derya has been part of the Team since 2011. She’s primarily responsible for the social media marketing of the company’s property portfolio, assisting potential tenants/purchasers with their enquiries as well as producing our yearly publications such as The Bulletin & The Locater.

Nel has a passion for travelling and visiting new places and is currently training with the British Wheel of Yoga and hopes to one day teach Yoga in her spare time.
Nel is first point of communication with clients and applicants, and having worked for the company for 21 years has extensive knowledge of the commercial property market. As well as providing key support to surveyors with the preparation of documentation and presentations, Nel oversees the day to day running of the company databases.
